Sony Ericsson with Dolce&Gabbana Jalou clamshell
Seemed that there has been a name change for the Sony Ericsson Bao. Looks like it’ll be now named Jalou. Announced a few days back this device comes in normal and limited edition Dolcer&Gabbana versions. The compact clamshell is designed with “style” in the front while giving substance a place in the back. It is shorter than your lip gloss; it’s actually marketed as an accessory and less of mobile pone, accentuating a diamond shape design, 2 inch display, 3.2 megapixel geotagging camera, video recorder, built-in mirror (accessory, accessory, accessory…we weren’t lying), FM Tuner, Bluetooth 2.0, multimedia player, step counter, quadband GSM / tri-band HSPA connectivity. Normal versión is expected to be released in the fourth quarter in colors: Deep Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue and Onyx Black. The 24K gold-plated D&G edition will go out in: Sparkling Rose along with a matching Bluetooth headset. No tags on it yet…but we’ll keep you informed about this accessory’s price.
