Vodafone’s HTC Magic unboxing video

magic-unboxing-04-28-09Behold the unboxing of Vodafone’s HTC Magic and try not to drool over the commentator’s shirt and hat attire (where is he from? By the looks of him I’d say Midwest USA, but he works for Netbooknews.de). The box isn’t fancy pants or anything, pretty thin. HTC Magic contains: a USB cable, a power adapter, a basic wired headset, and an “economical” case—nothing impressive other than the phone. Watch the video for a pretty good detailed explanation on the phone’s use and hands-on experience – all at the read.

Facts of T-Mobile’s new 2009 Sidekick LX

sidekick-lx-vidh-001Quick facts on T-Mobile’s new 2009 Sidekick LX: the screen is to die for (I love being dramatic about the simple things). OS is a quick responding dynamo, busting with features. Facebook and Twitter apps are very user-friendly, as you can see on the video (at the read). Download area is a little bare but that is too be expected, but you’ll be seeing additions to it in the coming months. The Sidekick LX build is built well with a soft touch plastic casing. The Sidekick LX phone is set to hit T-Mobile on May 13th for $199 after rebates.

Toshiba TG01 video

tg01Smartphone, smartphone, smartphone. When will the next great one appear? Seems Toshiba wants to answer that one. TG01 is thinner and light weight, compared to the iPhone. The screen is 4.1-inch, the sensitivity of its touch screen seems to follow suit when dealing with touch screen, video is light speed and so is its gaming capabilities, which rely on its 1Ghz Snapdragon processor. TG01 launches this summer in Germany, which surprisingly has been the only country to be reported TG01 launching–we’ll see how many other countries get the add. Also, TG02 slated for QA4, and TG03 some time after that.

Hands on video at the read.

Sidekick LX gets unboxed

4-20-09sklxYes, it’s quite obvious this isn’t your homebrew unboxing – but this isn’t anything new – corporation’s have been doing this guerilla marketing for quite some time. But this one from T-Mobile seems to have a sex-crazed vibrating Sidekick LX doing the narration as it explains to the one-minded masses how he, the Sidekick LX, is FaceBook and Twitter friendly — and narcissitic. Video at the Read.
