El terminal de la JavaOne parece soportar de serie Capuchin, viste un interfaz a medio camino entre sistema multimedia de los Sony Ericsson y el entorno de la PSP, y posee una construcción de doble slider, al igual que el Nokia N95/N96.

Hace unos dÃÂas, comentamos que Sony Ericsson estaba preparando el lanzamiento inminente del Sony Ericsson G705 y aquàlo tenemos.
El Sony Ericsson G705 es un terminal slider con una pantalla TFT de 2.4 pulgadas, GSM cuatribanda y con conectividad HSDPA, Wi-Fi con soporte para acceso DLNA y GPS integrado con acceso asistido (aGPS) con acceso a Google Maps y Wayfinder Navigator (gratis durante 3 meses).
La cámara del Sony Ericsson G705 es de 3.2MP de resolución sin AF y con flash LED, que nos permitirá grabar vÃÂdeos a resolución QVGA y subirlos directamente a YouTube, del mismo modo que el visualizador multimedia nos dará acceso a dicho servicio de vÃÂdeos.
Este terminal se plantea como la evolución del W760i y enfocado al acceso a Internet a través del mismo, añadiéndole el flash LED y la conectividad Wi-Fi, manteniendo las caracterÃÂsticas a excepción de que el acceso HSDPA/UMTS en el W760i es tribanda, mientras que el G705 sólo dispone de la banda 2100MHz.
Parece que se está convirtiendo en una costumbre, teléfono filtrado, teléfono que termina apareciendo en el mercado, en este caso es HTC a la que han robado información, y parece que son datos de bastante fiabilidad. Esta vez no se trata de ningún modelo de gama alta, ni nada espectacular que se hayan sacado de la manga, más bien dirÃÂa que el llamado HTC Opal es una actualización del Touch original.
Con ligeros cambios en el diseño, similares especificaciones, y la inclusión de la interfaz TouchFlo3D al igual que sus hermanos mayores Diamond y Touch Pro, aprovechando la situación actualizan al sistema operativo Windows Mobile 6.1.

It’s a stretch of an analogy, we know, but it’s difficult to express just how different (and by “different” we mean “less attractive”) i-mate’s rumored “Hummer” is than some of its Windows Mobile 6.1 contemporaries. Granted, it does HSDPA, WiFi, and it’s supposed to be ruggedized — but we’re not really convinced that exposed screws were the right way to get that point across. There it is, Sony Ericsson just went live with its new G705 powerhouse, 3G slider. Just as we heard, it sports a 2.4-inch display with automatic screen rotation courtesy of an accelerometer, WiFi, aGPS with Google Maps for Mobile, 1GB included M2 memory, built-in FM radio, RSS reader, and full HTML browser. It also features a 3.2 megapixel cam that can capture video and then upload directly to YouTube under a new partnership with Google. Also announced in a UMA variant (G705u) — an SE first — built exclusive for Orange to bridge GSM and WiFi networks. Headed to the US in Q1 2009.
Following on the heels of its main rival Nokia, Sony Ericsson’s allegedly also planning an unlimited music downloading service for its Walkman-branded cellphones. According to the Financial Times, Sony Ericsson is in discussions with all major labels about a rival tunes subscription service. The company is purportedly hoping to announce its all-you-can-eat music product before the end of September, with a launch date in Europe before Christmas. Right now, Walkman phones function on a pay-per-track business model, with roughly 5 million un-DRM-ed songs available.

Designed specifically with the female fashionista in mind, the MOTOJEWEL comes with its own mini clutch handbag that has just enough room the cellphone, a credit card, and a lipstick – everything a girl would need for a night out on the town, Motorola believes.
The MOTOJEWEL is equipped with a 2 megapixel digital camera and a music player application that will synch easily with Microsoft’s Windows Media Player application on a personal computer.
